I think these are bed bugs (Cimex lectularius). You can read about them here: en.wikipedia.org/.../Cimex_lectularius
There are different life cycle of this bug. A bed bug nymph is see-through. whitenymphcommons.wikimedia.org/.../File:Bed_bug_nymph,_Cimex_lectularius...

They could be bird mites. You need an exterminator.

I too have been fighting this bugs for 2 years the only thing that I have found that works is acetone 100% spray it on them it violates like melts them lint rollers is a must have tweez Isers to pick the little white ones out of your clothing and of course the handy torch is never filled me yetl the bed bug spray works for a little while Vaseline and oils keep them from biting only until it's absorbed into your skin and then they start biting again combing your hair and you can use olive oil on your eyelashes to pull them off they are horrible creatures hard to get rid of I don't know if I'll ever be rid of them completely all I do is vacuum spray and roll and it's everyday the same thing for me the process starts all over again good luck to everyone that has this problem
