Hanging Fitted Sheets On the Clothesline

I love being able to hang my sheets on the clothesline. To keep from stretching the elastic on my fitted sheets, I hang them with the elastic on the inside.

To do this, I use two lines and fold a little of the sheet, at the pockets, over the lines and pin them. Then I pin the rest of the sheet, spread out loosely so there is no pull on the elastic. I have found that the elastic lasts much longer than it did on the sheets I hung over the line.
