I saw these egg-like things on my shirt a few days ago while taking a shower. Yesterday, my sister took shower and today when she went to grab her shirt, she was horrified to see these things on her shirt. She says, they weren't present on her shirt when she was taking shower. An insect egg or casing on a black surface.

They are tiny, aligned in a pattern, whitish in color. Also very hard to remove means I have to apply a little pressure to remove them from my cloth as they don't just get washed under running water. I never saw them before in our clothes. We recently moved to a new house. Also we live in Bangladesh. So I guess you can help me determine what this thing is and also aware me of any harmful effects thus might have.

Thank you.

This may be moths (eggs or larva).
If this is what you have they can be in your closets, bedding, blankets, boxed clothing; almost anywhere fabric/material is located.
You can vacuum them but you'll have to look through everything you have to find them.

You can also freeze your items but this has to be done in a certain way. here are suggestions:
"The recommended steps for freezing your clothes to kill moth larvae and eggs are:
Identify and isolate the infested clothing items.
Place in a sealed, airtight bag, and do not over-stuff the bag with clothing to ensure all clothes properly freezes.

Deep freeze, ideally for a week, but at least 72 hours.
Thaw out and remove the garments from the plastic bags outside your home.
Shake the garments vigorously.
Clean your garments according to their individual care labels - natural fibers will most likely require dry cleaning or hand washing, although some may be able to be washed on a delicate cycle in your washing machine."

if this is what you have, you will have to be on the continuous look out for these insects or they will keep multiplying and destroy your clothing.

You said you live in Bangladesh but you can still ask your question on this site just be sure to state where you live.

This looks to be Moth eggs. There are over 160,000 species of Moths. There eggs are very small, and can lay between 40 to 1000 at a time. Moth's can destroy a garden as well as plants, fabrics, woven materials inside your home as well.

I first thought these were Ladybug eggs but your eggs look round and Ladybug eggs are sort of oval so not sure about that.
They could be spider eggs but your eggs look to have some fuzz and spider eggs are usually smooth.

Maybe if you sent a picture to your county extension agency they could properly identify them so you'll know what you're dealing with.

They are either moths or stink bugs. Can't get a good look up close--if they are fancy with spiky things they are stink bugs, smoother, something in the moth family. If you have a pressure washer, I would remove them.

These look very similar to white fly eggs or ahpid eggs that are found on plants. I would take some mild detergent mixed with water and spray the leaves of your plants. When you spray this needs to be done in several steps.

You spay on Monday then wait until Wed or Thrusday to spray again. Then do it once a week until they are gone and you don't see any more of them.

Good picture. Butterfly eggs can be interesting to watch over a period of time. Please leave them alone if at all possible.

This was fascinating to me as I live in Florida and have only seen small patches of eggs before.

Here are pictures of butterfly eggs and doing research some time back I found out they are in different colors according to the species.

These actually could be snake eggs from what I can read about them. A snake egg is an oblong shape and has a soft leathery texture to them. If the eggs are like this then I would say they are snake eggs. Do you happen to have snakes in your area and what kind are hey?

Get rid of all wood lying in the yard. The egg can be one of many insects. Termites and powderpost beetles do a lot of damage.

They look like either squash bug eggs or stink bug eggs.

Best to scrape them off into a bucket with hot water and a little dish soap to kill them and then dispose of the water away from the house.

Stink bugs are a basically harmless nuisance where I am but squash bugs can kill plants in your garden.
