I've been infested by these. Can anyone help me please?
Looks like a drain fly. If they are coming up from a sink drain pour boiling water down the drain a few times a day. That should eliminate the issue.
Post back with an update!
I have super tiny bugs flying around my house. They are primarily in the kitchen, but I also see them in our living room. They are so small you can barely see them.
I can catch them pretty easily, they look to be a copper/light brown bug. You can only see the color after you kill them and they are still. Any ideas? They sound like gnats. Try to find the nest. See where they are coming in and trace the nest. Spray an insecticide and they will be gone.
I have found 3 of these in my bed. I was just wondering if anyone knew what kind of bug it is. They are very very small and fly or jump? Please help!
They look like gnats. Check for torn screens and leaks. Spray with insecticide, if necessary.
The look like sand flies with the pointy ends:

They don't like lavender or orange scent so if you have any natural sprays with either ingredient, you can spray it around your windows and keep them out. Be sure to make sure there are no gaps in your windows or screens or doors.
You can vaccuum up the ones you see (and get rid of the vacuum bag) or if you are kind like I am, I take a cup and a piece of paper and walk them to the end of my property and release them.
If they are sand flies, they can bite so be very careful around them.
I have these too- not sand flies.
The bug you are shouare bedbugs. Flat bodies and as they grow. They shed there outer skeletons. If you look in the sewing binder on the mattresses you will find tons of them. You need to strip the bed, steam clean your mattress. If u can replace it, you have to treat your home with bombs.
Every night before I go to bed I turn off all the lights and turn on the lamp beside my bed and I look over there and there are like 20 small flies just flying in there.
Can someone help because I'm scared and freaked out and annoyed.
They are probably gnats. They like food, light and moisture. Make sure you eliminate water leaks and dont leave food out. Get a spray that takes care of termites and they will be killed too.
vacuum them up each time you see them. That will keep the population down. Keep an eye out for where you see flies in the house in the daytime. That may lead you to where they are coming from. Good luck.
When I had the same problem it was fruit flies from a bag of potatoes with one bad one. The picture is hard to make out if that is what these are.

My issue went away when I tossed the bag of taters. To this day I only buy what I need and use in in day as that incident stuck with me. Big ick!
What is this tiny bug? It appears on window sills and in our bed. Also I have seen tiny black dots that could be eggs.
I have these tiny little black bugs flying all around my bathroom and my walk-in closet. I do have fruit out on our kitchen table, but they don't go near it. I set out apple cider vinegar traps and they don't go near them either. There is no food in my closet or bathroom.
I've killed so many and they won't go away. I got a fly zapper light and I hear it kill like one every two hours. I don't know where they are coming from, but they won't leave. Please help!Last week I started seeing these little red dots on my kitchen counter. Now they're in the living room as well. They're not on any windows and don't seem to be on the lights anymore than anywhere else. I did find them in pasta and crackers and both were closed packages in a cabinet. They don't respond to ACV or sugar. I activated yeast to see if that's why they were in the boxes I found. Nothing is getting rid of them and they're multiplying rapidly. I would greatly appreciate any ideas anyone has as to what they are and how to eradicate them.
Thanks
I've noticed all around my house, especially around lights, very small bugs that are sorta beetle shaped. They can fly, but they seem to crawl around more.
They don't seem to bite, but all the same, I'd love to get rid of them.Late last night I found this tiny black bug crawling around and at first thought it could be a bed bug, but realized it wasn't when it flew. So right now I'm confused what it is and I would like to know how to get rid of it (after killing it I saw 3 more).
It looks like some kind of a gnat. Use a regular insecticide
I have a couple of tiny bugs in my room that fly. I think maybe they are small gnats, but I barely can see them. They constantly buzz around my ear and make it super uncomfortable to sleep.
place a sideplate on your bureau with 1 part water 3 parts lemon dishsoap OR red wine only. It will attract the gnats or fruitflys and drown them.
I have black flying insects that bite in my house and they are driving me crazy. We were told by personnel at the hardware store to pour bleach down all of the drains, starting at the top of the house. I first saw them in my shower, coming from the drain. They are in my laundry room, probably from the floor drain. I have seen them upstairs now in the main bathroom and the kitchen sink. The bleach has not done anything.
I have red welts and a rash all over my arms, hands, and shoulders. I don't know about my back, but it is always itchy. So is my head. I am going crazy and can't sleep. I hate to go into the bathroom at night, because I have to start picking up the bodies after spraying with Raid Max. Nothing works. They just keep coming back, they never go away. Help.

When you put bleach down drains, do you have a stopper to put over drain holes? You could try vinegar and baking soda. I heat up vinegar in microwave, then pour baking soda in drain and then pour vinegar. I've used this to unstop drains.
Note: after it stops bubbling from the vinegar and baking soda, put stopper over night. I hope this works or you find a solution.
Have you tried the bleach and then plugging or covering the drains so they can't come out?
What is this bug? It is attracted to light the light.
The first picture looks like a winged ant.
What are almost translucent very tiny flying insects that are inside my house?
