From your description, it appears that no one from here can help. Suggest you refer to the product manual for the code description, contact the store or manufacturer for further help or contact a repair service.

Is there an error code on the display?

I am having the same problem. first check and see if all your drain lines are open even the one in the wall (just take a pitcher of water and pour) make sure the drain line is not clogged. if this does not fix your problem then take off the front and disconnect your water pump power connection. then use a multimeter to check for power You should read 110volts. WARNING. if your not comfortable with this then don't do it.

If the circuit checks out good then take out you water pump and remove pump from pump housing. check to make sure there is nothing twisted up in the impeller. Spin the impeller and see if it turns some what easily. If you have a multimeter, check for continuity by placing the two leads from meter on the two connection of the pump. it does not matter which one goes where, ether way will be fine. if you get the beep your good to go. after that, check and make sure the washing machine tub drain is not clogged (the big hose coming form tub to pump.)

If all this checks out good, well your in the same boat I'm in and now it is ether a switch board panel or the main board panel but if you got power to the pump when you checked it before you removed it, then I don't know what else it could be, unless the water pressure switch is the problem but the water pressure switch mainly keeps the tub form over filling, but hay, for 8 to 11 dollars why not go ahead and change it, they go out quite often.

Hope this helps.

I did refer to the code in product Manual. Did everything look at everything that has to do with slow water draining.

I had this same issue. It was driving me crazy and after I found out the husband had washed a dog bed while I was out of town, checked the drain filter and it was clogged. After I cleaned out the drain - it worked!!

I have a Frigidaire Affinity front load washer that gave me an E21 error code. It wouldn't spin or drain. I have had this happen before so I knew to check the filter which wasn't clogged, but I did have some items in there that I removed.

I put it back together and it still threw an E21. I decided to buy a new pump and change it. I put the new pump in and still threw code E21. i am not sure what else it could be. Please help.

I have a Whirlpool WFW9050XW00, that stops before the drain and spin cycle. I verified 110 voltage and then brought a new pump and installed it, but had some problems.

I took a voltage reading again, this time from board and am not getting 110volts now. Any suggestions?

My wife pulled the lid of our GE washing machine model #GTW330ASK0WW,
serial # LG195761G while it was still spinning now the machine will fill with water, but it will not spin or drain and the light that indicates that the lid is closed does not come on. I have a feeling she did some damage to the latch switch which is mounted just under the lower right top of machine.

If I replace this I feel I should also replace the hook on the lid just in case both were damaged. I would appreciate the opinion of some one who has a better knowledge of washing machines.

I have a GE #WSM2420taacc washer. Could this possibly be the problem for this unit not draining and spinning? A bad switch? I need to know the location for this pressure switch, please.

Thank you.

I'm no expert but it sounds to me like a broken belt.

It is a Kenmore front load washer. The propeller of the washer does not spin; however, the motor is running and sound gets generated. Water flows from the load chamber, but draining seems not to be the full capacity. The blinking sign looks like a short piece of tube. Advice would be highly appreciated.

It sounds similar to what happened to our Kenmore front-loading washer, after only eight years. The tub has what is called a spider, that holds it in the washer; it was making a horrible noise. I got online and found that Sears had purposely made those front-loaders to tear up after four years, making it only where you could get the parts from them; it was also whoever came out and did fix it would have to charge over half the price of a new washer.

We just went ahead and purchased an LG, and that was almost seven years ago. It is a front loader, because we like the water saving and gets the clothes even cleaner. I will never buy anything from Sears, a company I grew up with and trusted the appliances that lasted so long, ever again. You wonder why they are slowly going under, huh? Go ahead and put that money on a new, different brand; you will be very glad that you did.

I expect front load washers are more complicated than the top load ones. I think it is time to call a repairperson and see whether this is worth repairing or if you should invest in a new one. I have also always purchased Kenmore, and have great service with the dryers and top loading washers.

The ones I have now are 14 years old, although I did have to have a minor repair done to the washer.

My washer washes fine, but it won't drain the water out or spin on any cycle. The guy who owned it before me said it did that to him and it was a bushing under the tub and he put a used one on. Should I buy a new one and put it on?

That depends on alot of variables. The cost of a new washer, how handy you are, etc. My theory is it was already replaced once (how long ago?) and another replacement will last only that long.

Check out repairclinic.com for how-to's and cost of replacement parts to make your decision.

When I had this problem in a washer, I had a broken water pump. You probably need to call in a service man.

How old is it? If it's 10 or more years old, it might be dead. Otherwise look on web for an 800 number for Frigidaire and find their do it yourself repair number and talk to someone. I used to have a GE washer and dryer, and occasionally had to fix it and got help via their parts/repair people. However we used the sets

each and every day, about 2-3 times per day, and after 10 years the set was toast. Went through 2 sets that way, but happy with them.

I have a Maytag Neptune front load washer model # MAH8700AWW. It started by not draining well, getting a Suds error code and then a ND error code for not draining and spinning with any amount of clothes in it. I thought it might be the drain so we removed it to check for any clogs or debris.

It made no difference and now it only drains and spins out the water when there are no clothes. With a small amount of clothes it attempts about ever 5 minutes or so then I get an error messgae of ND. I remove the clothes and shortly after it will drain and spin fine.

If you have a suds error code, maybe you are using too much detergent.

I am getting the F02 and Suds error codes. We opened and cleaned out the drain pump filter. It was so disgusting and clogged. Then we ran a test mode. It worked great. I put towels in to do a load and got the same error. I took the soaking towels out and drained the water out. I took off the black ball rubber hose and checked for clogs...nothing. I did an empty rinse/spin. It worked perfectly. I put 2 towels in to check and got the same error Suds error and it will not drain. You can hear it though.

I don't understand why it works great on all test modes and empty cycles, but if we put anything at all in there we get that error. Please help. We can't afford a new one and can't afford an appliance repair technician to come out and charge us for something we can do ourselves. Oh yea, and the water is absolutely disgusting and stinky, it smells like sewer water! The washer and dryer came with the house we bought so there were previous owners that took care of and maintained nothing.
