I would like to get plans to make an adult beach wheelchair from PVC pipe.

If you can't find the plans you are looking for, here is a link to a site where someone built one, and they show it from different angles, maybe you could come up with your own plan by looking at the pictures and figuring out measurements.
I am looking for an all terrain pvc wheelchair with 4 ballon tires.
